Man jailed for oil theft by a federal high court in Port Harcourt.

The federal high court in Port Harcourt has sentenced a man for dealing in illegal oil business.

The convict, Mr. Praise Wokoma Barrah was delivered to the Economic and Financial Crime Commission, EFCC on Thursday, May 28 by the chief judge of the federal high court in Port Harcourt, Justice I.M Sani.

Mr. Barrah was arraigned on a one-count charge relating to illegal dealing in petroleum products.

The arraigned is in accordance to the breach in Section 4(1) of the Petroleum law of the Nigeria, 2004 amended and punishable by law.
