Another tragic occurrence as President Buhari loses nominee few days after announcement.
The newly nominated commissioner of the Federal Character Commission (FCC), James Kolo has been announced dead yesterday.
Kwara state government disclosed that Kolo died in the early hours of Tuesday after suffering from a brief illness.
James Kolo had appeared before the Senate for screening as regards his nomination as the FCC commissioner on the 28th of April this year.
In his speech, Kwara State governor, Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq, described the deceased has a loyal member of the APC and a good man.
Governor Abdulrazaq however commiserate with the deceased’s family and his community at large.
