Impeachment: PDP reps threatens Buhari over insecurity and corruption

President Buhari set to address Nigerians on National televisions and Radio stations on Friday being the independence day.

The Nigerian president, Gen. Mohammadu Buhari (Rtd) has set to address Nigerians on Friday being the independence day.

This was made known on Thursday by the Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to the president, Mr. Femi Adesina.

Adesina said the president will address the citizens of the country by 7am of Friday, 12th of June 2020.

He added that president Buhari will be live on National Television Authority (NTA) and the all National Radio stations across the country.

“To commemorate Nigeria’s Democracy Day, President Muhammadu Buhari will broadcast to the nation on Friday, June 12, 2020, at 7am.
Television and radio stations, as well as other electronic media outlets, are enjoined to hook up to the network services of the Nigerian Television Authority and Radio Nigeria respectively for the broadcast.”

Adeosun added.

Meanwhile, the president had earlier declared Friday, 12th of June as public holiday to commemorate the Democracy day celebration.
