Osun records 3 New cases as NCDC declares 667 new COVID-19 cases on Friday.
The number of coronavirus disease cases in Osun has increase by 3 with the state recording fresh cases on Friday.
Similarly, NCDC has announced the discovery of 667 new cases of the virus in Nigeria.
These were contained in the agency’s daily COVID-19 report updates.
In the same vein, Lagos has recorded highest of the 667 new cases, taking 281 of the total number.
Also, Abia and Oyo states recorded 48 and 45 new cases respectively on Friday.
Meanwhile, 38 new cases were also discovered in the Federal Capital, Abuja on Friday.
While Ogun has a similar number of 37, Enugu had 31 and Ondo recorded 23 new cases of the virus.
Likewise, Plateaus, Edo, Delta and Rivers states recorded 21, 19, 18, and 18 new cases respectively.
Bayelsa and Akwa Ibom also had 17 new COVID-19 cases each in the states. Kaduna and Kano also had 14 and 12 new cases each.

Meanwhile, Bauchi and Gombe states also recorded 9 and 4 new cases of the virus respectively.
However, Osun, Benue, Nasarawa, and Kwara equally has 3 cases recorded in each of the state’s.
Lastly, Ekiti recorded 2 new cases and Borno recorded just 1 case. The total number of coronavirus disease cases 19,147.
However, out of the 19,147 cases of COVID-19 discovered in Nigeria from the out break few months ago, 6,581 have been Heald and discharged, while 481 died of the disease.
For osun, the new cases discovered on Friday has taken up the number of cases confirmed in osun in this week to four (4).
