The COVID-19 toll is Oyo State has received another 25 new cases added to it to take the total confirmed cases in the state to 2713.
Oyo sate on Thursday recorded 25 new cases after 19 patients were discharged.
The 19 patients discharged received their second negative test results on Thursday.
According to the state’s COVID-19 of task force, the 19 patients released made it 1257 recoveries in the state.
In a statement released by the governor of the state, Mr. Seyi Makinde on his official Twitter page, the location of the new 25 positive cases are as follows:
5 of the 25 patients are from Ido local government of the state as 3 are from Akinyele local government.
Also, 3 of the patients are from each of Ibadan North West and Lagelu local government areas.
The governor further revealed that Ibadan North recorded 2 of the 25 cases while Ibadan South West and Ona Ara local governments Recorded 2 cases each.
Ibadan North East, Egbeda, Ibadan South East, Ogbomosho South and Ogbomosho North Local Government Areas all has one case each as of Thursday 30th of July.
