COVID-19 Update: Nigeria record 463 new cases

– Nigeria recorded 469 new cases of COVID-19 diseases. Total cases now over 33 thousand.

The Nigeria center for diseases Control, NCDC, has announced the discovery of 463 and new cases of the Corona virus disease in the country.

NCDC declared this in their daily COVID-19 Update for July 14, announcing that the total confirmed cases of the virus now 33,616.

Giving the breakdown of how and where those new cases erupted from, NCDC linked those new cases to 17 states of the country.

A close analysis of number of cases recorded in each state shows that Lagos state recorded 128 new cases on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, Kwara state also recorded 92 new cases, which is while Enugu also recorded 39 new cases.

Similarly, Delta state recorded 33 new cases of the virus while Edo recorded in 29 and Plateau state recorded 28 new cases.

Also, Kaduna also recorded 28 new cases while Oyo State recorded 15 and Ogun and Osun states each recorded 14 new cases.

Meanwhile,the federal capital, Abuja was confirmed of 12 new cases and 9 new cases were confirmed for each of Ondo and Rivers states.

Abia state also recorded 8 new cases, Bayelsa-5 state recorded 5, Ekiti recorded 3 and Borno was confirmed with just 2.

However, the country has decided 13,792 success with her patients and lost the fight to just 754 people even when the total confirmed cases are still 33,616.
