With the noticeable decrement in the toll of COVID-19 cases being record daily across the cou try, is this an indication that Nigeria is recording success against the virus?

Nigeria on Monday, September 7th recorded 155 new cases in 16 states which appears to be a great improvement considered to what the results were in the past months.

Similarly, the updates released by the Nigeria Center for Diseases Control, NCDC for the past few months is an indication of great improvement, or say breakthrough from the respiratory disease.

The updates released by NCDC on Mondays showed that Nigeria only recorded 155 new cases across the country, below is the breakdown of the 155 cases according to the 16 states:

As at the time of this report, Nigeria has recorded a total cases of fifty-five thousand, one hundred and sixty (55,160), having recorded one thousand and sixty-one (1,061) death cases.

Similarly, forty-three thousand, two hundred and thirty-one (43,231) patients fully recovered and discharged to their homes.
