The Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) has commenced the sales of her post UTME examination form for the 2020/2021 academic session.
This was contained in a statement by the university’s registrar, Mr. R. A. Arifalo on Tuesday which calls on all eligible and interested candidates to apply for admission into the prestigious university of technology.
According to the statement, the online registration for the post UTME form will commence on the 21st of September, 2020 and end on the 31st of October, 2020.
Eligible candidates are candidates must have scored no less than 180 in the 2020 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and Direct Entry students (DE) who chose the university as their first choice of institution.
In addition, each candidate must possess at least five (5) credit passes including English Language and Mathematics at not more than two (2) sittings in O’ level examinations conducted by WAEC, NECO and NABTEB or their equivalent.
Also, candidates with awaiting result but whose result should be out before the end of the admission exercise can also apply.

How to Apply for FUTA 2020/2021 Post UTME Form
Registration for the FUTA post UTME examination is simple and self explanatory.
Eligible candidates are to visit the university website, www.futa.edu.ng and click on 2020/2021 post UTME registration.
Your JAMB registration number will serve as the login details which will enable you generate Remita Code (RRR) which you will use for payment.
A payment of non-refundable registration fee of two thousand Naira (N2000) is to be made with the RRR code generated from the website.
The payment can be made online with ATM card or at a commercial bank by simply presenting the Remita code.
Having made the payment, proceed to the University website to confirm your payment and to complete your registration.
Print out the registration slip after successful registration.
Kindly note that the candidate’s UTME Registration Number and the Full names (as it is on JAMB slip) be correctly provided at the point of payment and registration.
FUTA Post UTME Screening Schedule
The schedule and procedure for the Screening would be announced later, hopefuy after the closure of the post UTME screening application form.
The university management also directed all eligible candidates to check the university website regularly for updates.
Lastly, all candidates are directed to ensure they properly upload their O’level result on JAMB website to be considered for admission into FUTA.
