The Judicial Panel of Inquiry set up by Governor Gboyega Oyetola to look into cases of alleged police brutality, human rights violations and extra-judicial killings by the operatives of the disbanded Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) has expressed its readiness to commence sittings come Thursday.
The sittings which will hold on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays of every week will hold between 10:00am and 4:00pm of these days.
These were contained in a statement by the panel’s secretary, Kemi Bello and made available to the press on Monday in Osogbo, the State Capital.
The Panel has consequently requested members of the public to submit Memoranda.
Meanwhile, the Panel also directed that Memoranda should be submitted to the Secretary at the Department of Public Publications, Ministry of Justice, State Secretariat, Abere or through e-mail to email@example.com
